Our Marine Crew Placement NZ is a Superyacht recruitment agency based in Auckland New Zealand. We offer yacht crew placement services to yachts and crew internationally.
Our Marine Ltd was founded by Samira Dardour. As a sole director, Sam manages Our Marine Crew Placement NZ.

The manager and founder of this endeavour
Samira Dardour
Originally from Morocco and raised in Germany my love for diversity, passion for travel, sailing and fine cuisine brought me to Palma and the yachting industry. Based in Palma for most of my yachting career, I have more than 15 years of experience living and working in major yachting hubs across Europe, the Caribbean, USA and NZ. I worked as a deckhand, chief stew and chef on superyachts before becoming a Superyacht agent.
Over those years I learned a lot about yachts, their owners, captains and crew where I made friends for life along the way.
I love bringing people together so they can benefit from each other which helped me create Our Marine crew placement NZ.
My mission is to create a community that helps each other by matching the people who belong together. Our offer of a standard fee for the crew who help crew, giving an inviting incentive other than goodwill to help our neighbours.
My concept is simple: you refer a friend, if they get the job, I pay you! (T&C apply).
It is not about how many friends you refer to me, it's about the quality you refer, so less is sometimes better.
I now live in Auckland, the city of sails and I am completing a degree in Business and Economics which complements my experience in the yachting world while remaining connected with the yachting community internationally.
I want to help friends and clients find their new crew to join them for their next adventure.
I know everyone and every boat is different and I give my best endeavour to match crew with appropriate yachts for their individualism and skill set.
